Who am I?

An accomplished and creative director of social media analytics with extensive experience in project management, analytics reporting, and social media listening. Demonstrated expertise with various technical tools, including Netbase, Sprinklr, Power BI, and native platform analytics. Proven ability to drive projects from inception to execution, while balancing competing priorities, and leading and mentoring high performing teams. Adept at analyzing cultural and competitor trends, and leveraging communication, research, and strategic planning skills to deliver value-driven solutions that increase revenue, elevate brand, and exceed targeted goals.

Most recently I served as a Senior Manager of Social Media Analytics at Coca-Cola, and in that role I led global initiatives to standardize social media measurement and data integration across more than 90 global markets . I have also supported major global charters such as FIFA World Cup 2022 and Coca-Cola Creations launches with social analytics. My core competencies include data analysis, social intelligence, AI tools, data integration, social media measurement, and global marketing campaigns. I also have a background in journalism and political science, which helps me craft compelling stories and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
